Contrast Agent

OPACRILE 370

Name:
Opacrile 370

Active Principle:
Iopamidol 755.2 mg Equivalent to 370 mg of iodine

Description:
It is a non-ionic radiological contrast medium that comes in solutions of different concentrations, ready for use. Its excellent local and general tolerance is due to its low osmotic pressure, the absence of dissociation and its marked hydrophilicity. It is indicated both in myelography, cisternography and ventriculography, as well as in all angiographic and urographic examinations and to enhance contrast in computed axial tomography. Due to its properties, it can also be used in the representation of organic cavities (for example, arthrography, fistulography, vesiculography, cholangiopancreatography by retrograde endoscopy).
